2. How does it work?

• Verified suppliers bid to win your business in a 24-hour auction.

• You get the lowest price at the end — no haggling, no guesswork.

• You pay securely through the app, and release payment only after receiving the product/service.

3. Do I have to pay extra fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no extra charges for buyers.

4. Is it safe to pay through the app?
Yes. Your payment is held securely and only released to the seller after you confirm the service or product has been delivered.

5. What if I don’t like the offer?
There’s no obligation to accept a bid. If none of the offers meet your expectations, you can cancel or repost later.

6. Can I request installation or delivery?
Yes — you can specify in your request if you need installation, delivery, or both. Sellers will include this in their bids.
